This 300,000 sf property features independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities. The interior remodel was done in a phased process so that the residents were not disturbed and the facility remained fully operational.

The project scope consisted of common area upgrades including selective demolition, framing, painting, floor finishes and cabinetry to the dining areas, libraries, sitting areas, hallways and receptions.
